CREST, INFINECS, and MPLEX - Site Visit​
Sunway IGSC conducted site visits to three Penang-based organisations — CREST, INFINECS, and MPLEX — following their participation in the ROI-to-ROV Workshop Module 1 in Penang. These visits provided the team with a closer look at the E&E, intelligent equipment, and IC chip design sectors, allowing for a deeper understanding of each company’s operations, values, and business practices. By engaging directly with participating firms, the IGSC team gained valuable insights into how these organisations embed and measure Return on Values (ROV) within their operations. As the ROI-to-ROV Workshop series continues, the site visits also help both the participating companies and the IGSC team identify key gaps and opportunities for improvement, strengthening collaboration and aligning efforts toward more value-driven and sustainable corporate growth.
